My Credentials

A Little Note…

Hi, I AM Paula, I believe that there are no coincidences in life, and that divinely guided synchronicities lead us to cross paths with one another to heal, transform, evolve and serve a higher purpose.

I grew up in Patagonia-Chile, the end of the world. The Island of Tierra del Fuego fed my early years. This time of my life was magical in many ways. It was my first introduction to Yoga. While exploring the world and participating of life, I learned to celebrate the interconnectivity with all beings, I learned to play and flow with the Earth and its elements. Back then, everything I did was beautifully guided by nature - my first teacher. Everything feels better when I follow the guidance of Nature.

From an early age, I easily communicated with all sorts of animals and other light beings. As a hyper sensitive individual, I could also connect to other peoples emotions and understand their needs, a gift that became more intense as I grew up. As a teenager, I intuitively knew how to access my inner resources and had the call to learn and practice instinctive forms of meditation, tools that I eventually would share with the world.

This is my life purpose, to facilitate healing and transformation through the ancient sacred practices of breath work, movement, meditation, visualization, sound, mantra, mindfulness, lifestyle and energy medicine; and it’s my deepest honor to share and be part of this journey with you.

Thank you for being here,

Paula
