In this interactive Restorative Yoga immersion offered over 2 weekends, you will learn:

  • The foundation of a Restorative practice for individuals/privates, small groups and classes
  • Restorative poses and variations
  • Management and use of props
  • Designing and offering intelligent sequencing
  • The most current research that supports this work
  • Lecture, demonstration, partner exercise, discussion, Q&A, manual and a daily practice

This program is for new and experienced Yoga teachers as well as for health professionals, body workers, mind body practitioners, fitness instructors, coaches, care takers and others working in healing modalities. Training qualifies for continuing education credits for those registered with Yoga Alliance.







Restorative Yoga







Paula Tapia, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, is an international Yoga facilitator, educator and wellness expert specializing in integrative health, self-care education and mindful lifestyle modification techniques. A lifelong dancer, Paula‚Äôs has been teaching creative and intelligent forms of movement for over 20 years including dance functional movement, DNS and Yoga in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya.  Paula is the Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Advsor and Research Associate at Attune Health, an Autoimmune and Inflammation Care and Research Center, Beverly Hills, CA. She is also the Associate Director of the Yoga and The Healing Sciences Program at Loyola Marymount University. Born and raised in Chile, Paula teaches in English and Spanish.
